Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026

- Coordinate cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-viable solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
