Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with zero latency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum computing principles into classical neural network architectures.
- Define the technical vision for 2026 product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of ethical AI frameworks to prevent bias in autonomous decision-making.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends, including holographic interfaces and brain-computer interfaces (BCI).
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
