Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale distributed systems, ensuring resilience and performance.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum computing models into mainstream business workflows.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the end-to-life cycle of AI projects, from proof-of-concept to full-scale deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on ethical AI and responsible innovation.
