Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for 256-qubit processors

- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature Quantum Information and IEEE journals
- Drive commercialization of quantum algorithms for supply chain optimization
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA and NSF grant funding
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or ion-trap systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# programming frameworks
- Expertise in quantum annealing and variational quantum algorithms
- Track record of leading multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Active TS/SCI security clearance preferred
