Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and topological quantum processors
- Design error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum networks by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to future computational threats
- Publish research in IEEE Quantum Journal and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
