Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for 2026-era hardware
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-optimized machine learning models
- Research and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in next-gen systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 1000+ qubits
- Develop quantum simulation tools for pre-2026 technology validation
- Present breakthrough quantum computing solutions to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of shipping commercial quantum solutions
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex multi-qubit systems
