Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead research teams in developing novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Present breakthrough findings at international symposia and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing architecture experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and simulation
- Track record of delivering patented quantum innovations
