Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop error correction protocols and quantum circuit optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Create performance benchmarks and scalability roadmaps for quantum solutions
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-machine learning frameworks
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with demonstrated fault-tolerance implementations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software co-design
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading technical teams through product development cycles
