Responsibilities
- Architect and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for 2026-era applications
- Lead research in quantum neural networks and topological quantum computing
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-entangled machine learning models
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum AI system integration
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Secure $10M+ in government and private research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Machine Learning with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum AI or related fields
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and D-Wave quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience securing federal research grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
