Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise-scale deployment by 2026

- Develop error-corrected quantum neural networks with fault-tolerance thresholds
- Design quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for next-gen AI infrastructure
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into practical business applications
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through technical white papers and patent development
- Mentor quantum-AI talent pipeline through industry-academia partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or advanced AI architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D grants from DARPA/NSF
