- Present visionary concepts to executive stakeholders and boards, securing buy-in for transformative initiatives
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure innovation ROI and impact on long-term growth
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-proof skill development

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, blockchain, spatial computing
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments (10,000+ employees)
