Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
