- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in future-focused methodologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation management with future focus

- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
