- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across quantum AI, decentralized systems, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists through agile development cycles
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships and funding for experimental initiatives
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Mentor talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of scaling experimental projects to enterprise solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with 2026-research focus
- Certification in Futures Thinking from Foresight Institute
