- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-driven KPIs
- Develop patent portfolios for sustainable tech solutions
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D/innovation with 5+ years at Fortune 100
- PhD in CS/Physics/Engineering or equivalent breakthrough portfolio
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Proven success scaling technologies to commercial viability
- Expertise in quantum computing or generative AI ethics
- Experience securing $5M+ in government grants
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global partnerships
