Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Identify emerging market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proof technologies into core operations
- Mentor a diverse team of 12+ engineers and researchers
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or technology leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, Blue Ocean Strategy)
