- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Drive R&D investments and resource allocation for future-focused projects
- Mentor senior stakeholders on innovation methodologies and future-proofing strategies
- Present innovation insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, Lean Startup)
- Exceptional leadership abilities managing distributed global teams
- Certification in Future Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
