- Secure $2M+ annual budget for experimental initiatives
- Publish 2+ industry white papers on future tech trends
- Mentor 15+ engineers through quarterly innovation sprints
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Present quarterly progress to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record delivering futuristic products (2018-2025)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough research
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $1M+ in research grants
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
