Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 innovation strategy across 4 core technology domains
- Lead a 12-person innovation lab focused on emerging tech commercialization
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with quarterly KPI reviews
- Develop patent portfolios with 15+ new filings annually
- Present innovation roadmaps to the board and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent through our 'Future Architects' program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized emerging tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
