Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation mindset across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership role
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $3M
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Innovation Management or equivalent (e.g., IDEO, MIT)
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
