- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/energy)
- Proven track record of scaling prototypes to enterprise-level solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience with federal tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
