- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level future goals into concrete product development roadmaps.
- Mentor a high-performing team of strategists, engineers, and designers, fostering a culture of radical innovation.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and global tech ecosystem to identify white-space opportunities.
- Present complex visionary concepts to executive leadership to secure resources and alignment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading innovation departments or R&D units in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about the long-term future of the industry.
