Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Strong patent portfolio or published research in future technologies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
