- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Identify and integrate disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum AI) into core product ecosystems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for 2026-focused R&D
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and investors, securing $10M+ annual funding allocations
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years in tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact using emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 frontier tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future technology applications
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-level funding for visionary projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) and Ethical AI Governance
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ commercially deployed innovations solving complex global challenges
