Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development of 2026-era product roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI systems
- Direct cross-disciplinary R&D teams of 20+ engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Secure $50M+ annual innovation budget through executive stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry-first partnerships with NASA, CERN, and global policy think tanks
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 100+ foundational technologies for 2026+ markets
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to board members including Elon Musk and Tim Cook
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureWorks Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at executive level (VP/Director)
- Proven track record delivering $100M+ revenue from futuristic technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Physics, AI Ethics, or Futurology preferred
- Published author in MIT Technology Review or Science journal
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (EU AI Act, US Innovation Act)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience with DARPA/IARPA programs or equivalent
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies with global impact
