Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-year market impact
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of future-focused researchers and product architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5-year roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching products with 3+ year market lifecycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research on technology convergence trends (2018-2026)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
