Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technology ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
