Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Distributed Systems.
- Innovation: Proven track record of innovating in ambiguous environments and delivering breakthrough solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
