Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive strategic vision for AI integration, focusing on scalability and ethical implications.
- Pilot Advanced Models: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Bridge Technical & Business Strategy: Translate complex technical capabilities into actionable business insights and product roadmaps.
- Establish Governance Frameworks: Develop robust protocols for AI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in real-time.
- Drive Cross-Functional Innovation: Lead workshops and design sprints to foster a culture of innovation across engineering, product, and design teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning Engineering, or Strategic Tech Leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends and integrating them into enterprise strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and quantum computing fundamentals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
