Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong financial acumen for tech budgeting and ROI analysis
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
