Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes (quantum, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with academic and industry partners
- Drive patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD/Master's preferred)
