Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with UN SDGs and global tech policy
- Lead cross-disciplinary research in quantum-AI symbiosis and neural interface systems
- Partner with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and WHO on next-gen human augmentation protocols
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems in high-stakes environments
- Secure $15M+ in grants from NSF, DARPA, and private innovation consortia
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech ethics and governance
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Biotechnology with 8+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in government/private research funding
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks and IEEE 7000 ethics standards
- Deep knowledge of post-quantum cryptography and decentralized identity systems
- Experience with human trials for neural interface devices (FDA 510(k) clearance)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred
