- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Establish innovation pipelines for neurotech, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technology trends
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Represent InnovateX at global futurist forums (Singularity University, WEF Tech Pioneers)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism/foresight roles
- Proven track record launching tech products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CFt) or equivalent foresight methodology mastery
- PhD or Master's in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Published author in IEEE Spectrum, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
