Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Translate futuristic concepts into scalable MVPs with measurable ROI
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage patent portfolios for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Neurotech with 8+ years R&D
- Proven track record shipping 3+ cutting-edge tech products
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and federated learning
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interfaces
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with decentralized governance protocols (e.g., Aragon, DAOstack)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ futuristic prototypes with real-world deployment
