- Develop actionable 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for technological disruptions and regulatory changes
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough projects with exponential ROI potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) to establish industry authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method) and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal/business implications
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
