As a key architect of our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech, and human-machine interfaces. You'll shape our 5-year innovation pipeline while driving prototyping and pilot programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, aerospace, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation lab operations and $2M+ annual prototyping budget
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of 2026 technologies
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$1M and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leader in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Portfolio of implemented innovation initiatives
