Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling framework (e.g., Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neuro-interface technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year predictions validated by market outcomes
