- Design future-proof business models incorporating ethical AI governance and circular economy principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to co-create 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Pioneer Horizon's proprietary 'Futurescape' methodology for trend simulation and scenario planning
- Author thought leadership on disruptive shifts in biotechnology, space commerce, and decentralized systems
- Drive organizational readiness for metaverse integration and digital twins adoption
- Mentor a global team of futurists and innovation catalysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level future-strategy frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 architecture
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree (MS/MBA preferred)
- Published research on technological singularity implications or ethical AI development
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
