As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech. Your insights will directly influence $500M+ in strategic investments and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map 5-year technology horizons and disrupt traditional business models
- Develop predictive frameworks for industry convergence in biotech, AI, and climate tech
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario analyses for executive board decisions
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate emerging technologies
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive futurist symposiums
- Mentor a team of 3-5 innovation specialists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience with 7+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of disrupting $100M+ revenue streams through trend forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (MIT Tech Review, WIRED)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-shaping foresight projects
