- Produce whitepapers and policy recommendations for government and industry stakeholders

- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate next-generation talent pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology planning
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurology journals or industry publications
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight framework (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
