Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for future disruptions
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for R&D priorities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development pipelines
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience influencing C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
