Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to map 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and business model transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and global innovation hubs
- Design and monitor KPIs for future-readiness across technology adoption and market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications (e.g., AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and futures research tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
