Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and socioeconomic trends impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
- Represent company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies or megatrends
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech verticals (e.g., AGI, neurotech)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
