Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption curves and societal shifts through 2030
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Design strategic blueprints for metaverse integration and digital twin ecosystems
- Adv executive teams on regulatory implications of emerging technologies
- Coordinate with global R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology policy
- Published research on emerging tech adoption patterns (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI ethics, and climate tech landscapes
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations
- Strong programming skills (Python/R) for data modeling and simulation
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi methods and causal layered analysis
