Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives identifying emerging technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based models for technological disruption and societal transformation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of accurately predicting technological and market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, white papers)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
