Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive intelligence reports
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and trend symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
