Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for technological adoption and innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Present trend analyses and scenario planning to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning the company as a future-ready pioneer
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends shaping 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful business initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or space commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
