- Establish partnerships with academic labs and startups in quantum computing & biotech
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning with tangible tech innovation outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Strong portfolio of published trend analyses or patents
- Fluency in Python/SQL for data-driven foresight modeling
