- Produce annual horizon scanning reports with actionable recommendations
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships for ecosystem integration
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACFS)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
