Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology trend forecasts using predictive analytics and market research
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech integration, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation summits
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic variables impacting technological adoption
- Build an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent methodology training
